Photos From the Recent Felt Exhibit at Park Street School
The felt pieces in this exhibit were created by students from Park Street School. Visiting artist Susan Raber Bray worked with students at Park Street, Elm Hill and Union Street Schools to create the wet felted pieces. The artist residency was paid for by an Okemo Mountain arts grant. All felt was made during the 2006-2007 school year. It took a long time to prepare them for exhibit.
Help Wanted
Can You Use A Sewing Machine?
Fourth graders at Park and Union will need help and guidance to sew their hand printed pillows together. You would work one on one with students and a sewing machine during the school day. Please contact me for further information.
Thanks,
